The Baron Lo Conte

It just ended the Fashion Week in Paris, who proposed the haute couture’s collections for Fall 2015, by hosting on the stage names like Dior, Versace and Louis Vuitton (to name a few). In Fact in these times of revival, it seems the main trend is going towards the season of minimalism and true colors, those, for instance, expressing sensuality and amazement in line with the person wearing them.

There was a great attention by the media, this year, in respect of the event which took place in Paris: just think that the just-ended edition was the most transmitted via web-stream of all time! A triumph for those who like to approach the new trends in fashion, in big Brands and in great icons of their times, but cannot attend live events of this kind.

Giampaolo Lo Conte, a leading figure in the world of diplomacy and international high finance, is a great lover of the elite of fashion. Indeed he was present at the Fashion Week. We reached for a comment of his stay in Paris: “I was in the front row of the Louis Vuitton show, surely one of the most striking for men’s fashion collections,” says Lo Conte. “I saw a nice combination of chic and sporty style, with satin jeans and bomber moving between more-trendy-than-usual handkerchiefs and clothes.”

What else struck you? “Still Louis Vuitton. During the days of the Fashion Week, it opened a men-dedicated pop-up temporary store in Rue Saint-Honore. It struck me how it managed to drive men’s fashion in a boutique, such as a young designer’s exposition. There were also accessories, watches and several limited edition pieces”. Did you buy anything? (he Smiles) “I would have liked to, but I couldn’t… it was just a public display.”
